Vacuum Breaker Service Parts Kit for Prier and Mansfield Wall Hydrants

1. Use the handle to shut off the valve.
2. Pry off the old plastic vacuum breaker cap using two screwdrivers, one on each side of the valve underneath the cap.
3. Remove the old vacuum breaker bonnet by turning it counterclockwise with pliers.
4. Take out the old vacuum breaker plunger assembly.
5. Place the new vacuum breaker plunger assembly in position, ensuring that the rubber seal and center plastic pin are facing upwards.
6. Tighten the new plastic vacuum breaker bonnet by turning it clockwise with pliers, making sure it is securely fastened.
7. Press the new cap firmly and evenly over the new bonnet.
